Founder of De Luca Hair Boutique in July 2011, Michelle has over 20 years experience in the hair industry, her last role being a Managing Senior Hair Stylist in one of Bradford's most established City Centre salons. During her career, she has gained a wealth of experience through training with leading contributors to the hair industry, such as Revlon Professional, Olaplex™, Redken 5th Avenue NYC and ghd.

Michelle's continued professional development, together with intense, in depth training that she provides to her team maintains the core business values- to deliver excellent standards of service, perfection in workmanship and have the vision in creating excellent hair styles to our client portfolio - this has been the back bone in her organic growth apprentice training programme.

Amongst her many talents, Michelle has become a key part of Revlon Professionals International Art Team led by John Vial creating hair for major catwalk shows for Mary Katrantzou, Louise Gray, Charles Jeffrey and Iceberg, at London and Milan Fashion Weeks.

Michelle is known for her honesty and down to earth approach. Her ability to transform hair through her colour expertise and perfect techniques make her a favourite with her clients.

Whilst having two young children - Mariella and Teodora - Michelle's commitment to hairdressing, great service, perfection and vision in creating great hairstyles is exemplary to all in the industry.
